Suggestion: lay wood

Allow the carpentry skill to make wood floors, wich use the same texture as the wood items ingame. I kinda feel wood floors should have alredy been implemented from some time ago, and it's a bit more realistic than making whole floors out of gold

I agree. Idealy I would love to see all surfaces be able to be finished how we like. I prefer a generic build where we then choose inner and outer surfaces from available resources. That would make getting the colors we want so much nicer.

Rather than make a new thread can I just hijack this one to say this:

Too many of the paved surfaces have these extremely ugly black lines in them, looks good on some surfaces I suppose but not many of them and yet almost every single paved surface has these lines even silver and gold bars. Please make them look better or give us some other options!

paving looked great when it was first introduced and it started to look ugly when they added multi colour stones paving

I agree! I dont like the black lines either.
