if this has already been suggested my bad, i searched and didnt quite find it suggested,

say it effects its effects based on water q and the bong would be glass, if not change water after 10 or so uses it loses its effectivness, if drink water you loss stam but have a random rare chance to get a stat lol

Imo bongs are a bit too.. modern for Haven. But staying on the same subject, production of hashish / charas would be cool.
It's a much more potent form of the drug, produced most primitively by taking fresh buds and rubbing them in your hands. Eventually you get a nice Tola of charas that can get you to the freakin moon.

I don't know what the devs' intentions are with drugs in Haven, but more variations on buffs from consumable items would be amazing and drugs are a good way of utilizing that.
Again, I doubt anything too modern would fit in, but opium (laudanum tincture), cannabis products, magic mushrooms, et cetera will definitely fit in nicely in the game.

I don't know if there could be some sort of "legal" issue about drugs in game, there are a lot of kids on this game, you know, it's not the best thing in the world adding drugs industry ....but at least magic mushrooms could be a nice one.
