Would it be possible for HnH to get an achievement list in game? Not sure about everyone else, but one thing I love about games are the achievements, they really give an idea of how big the game is and they can often contain amusing names and goals. Like, we could start of small, with achievements for making certain tools and stations, defeating animals, discovering items, but as the game progresses, they would get much more specific and difficult. There could achievements for literally anything; collecting foragables, fighting trolls, finding ores, crafting items, taming animals, building structures, becoming a lawspeaker, forming a kingdom, fighting other players, making food, getting stats over a certain number or equipping certain items.
For instance, some ideas I had for achievements include:
Ooh, a piece of candy, for collecting more than 10000(or some other ridiculous number) foragables.
Gentleman, for wearing a monocle and cylinder hat.
Yarr!, For building and captaining a knarr.
The Knight, For equipping a full suit of steel armor
I know that they're pretty silly, but I really think that the game would benefit from this. It would give players a goal instead of just telling them to do whatever. The achievements don;t even have to do anything, they could just be a list of possibilities. I know that this probably wouldn't be a priority, but I think that it would give new players some idea of what's possible if they keep playing and give them a sense of purpose.

I think that achievement system is just a bad idea.
It does not provide that much content.
We already have experience system. Perhaps you could get one-time unique lore event from equipping steel plate for first time?

lol how is the experience system similar to an achievement system and what exactly would be bad about it? It would provide plenty of content if they put enough work in to it since there are only about a million things to do in this game that could be related to achievements.

if properly done, not a bad idea....perhaps even some reward....just saying, Outdoor man: remove X stumps you'll earn Y charisma....and so on

It's hardly valuble content, some text that you can read about how your char feel after squishing 100 anthills.
It would be pointless and after the first few nobody would read them if everything had an achievement.

Would be some pretty lame achievements, wouldn't they?

I never said the content would be meaningful compared to something more bulky/interesting but still could be fun. Use a little more creativity than that, some fun things could be included.
