I think a certain amount of activity is required instead (otherwise you can just create a character, come back a couple days later, and still do the same things). How about progress? Maybe even just finishing the tutorial quest?

Regarding the tutorial quest and the current quest system, there's currently a problem with them in that once you get a 'real' quest, it automatically switches to that quest and the tutorial quest is no longer visible on your screen unless you manually switch to it. Which is no issue for an experienced player, but I'm sure there will be newbies wondering where the hell the tutorial went all of a sudden.

Make it so quest killers are cursed and bad things happen

Pretty fitting for fey spirits to do such.

I'd also want the destroyers of QG leave a vandalism scent that can be used by anyone.

Maybe when you're cursed, at night you get a message "What a terrible night to have a curse" and get super nidbanes :lol:

How about at least requiring CA Murder to kill Quest givers? Classify them as hearthlings instead on trees/rock and make it leave never ending murder scents?

Dear Jorbtar, please add a Divine Punishment for (accidental) kills of speaking trees and stones. Something like a lightning strike with 100500 damage.

Or just make a penalty for killer preventing him from gaining new quests for expanding time period.

All these suggestions for punishment mean nothing when it's obviously done by new spawned alts.

Do you guys not get quests thrown at you every few seconds?
I abandon one quest, walk for less than a minute and already get a new one.
