underwear cant be gilded but you get it in your inventory upon making a new character

next off more variety, mainly for aesthetic purposes

one addition could be overalls
overalls only take up the pants slot but also show the straps on the shirt slot, so as to give an aesthetic change

another addition could be skirts
functionally the same as pants of the same material but look different so as to keep everyone from looking the same
