useless combat moves

This game needs more combat moves tbh so heres my 2 suggestions

Too slow

Never going to be used when you can only remove 15% opening at max stacks in the skill. Needs to be 15% at base or have some secondary effect like Flex to be used at all.

I'm not expert of combat but this looks like infinitely better than "fix combat" type critique I've come to expect. You're pointing out specific stuff and telling what is wrong with them.

idk, I had to use low blow for IP before I got take aim, and haymaker instead of upper-cut for side-swipe spam for a while. Though once you have most every move these moves do become obsolete.
