Be careful what you wish for. It'll probably take mammoth ivory for the keys.

Ivory for the keys, wood for the body, bars of hard metal for the strings (early harpsichords used brass and iron), nuggets of any metal for any fasteners/pedals/hinges/internal mechanisms, wool for the hammers.
I might be missing something but that'd be about right I think.

Wood and leather for hammers. This is one of the bigger differences between the tones of a piano and the harpsichord.

I would add plenty of bone glue to hold it together, and also a lot of cast iron for the plate (which holds force of the string tension). It is not uncommon for these plates to weigh upwards of 120kg of pure cast iron.
