can we get a 'raven black' and 'snow/swan white' hair colors at character creation?

Also how about hair dyes? I'd love to have green hair or see people with pink hair. (the bright blue and bright red hair colors aren't natural, so I wouldn't see this as being an argument against it)

Black hair would indeed be nice. I often decide I want my new character to have black hair only to rediscover every time that black not an option.
