So this idea just hit me. If we are gonna be major medieval shitstains upon humanity why not be torturous shitstains. I was thinking that how this could work is if you knock someone out in combat you can rope them and then put them in a boat. they can then be drug to a torturing rack where they can be tortured once per hour. When you torture them it permanently decreases one of their attributes by 1, but if they get tortured too much then they get masochism which prevents stat loss for awhile.

I'm not sure I agree with that, but to each their own (personally I think this is a sick perversion; I have enough negativity of the real world, so I don't want to see it in the game) ;I

I believe so, but that doesn't really have lasting effects. The concussion will heal. I was more thinking of torture giving an injury that permanently reduces charisma. That way it won't have to much of an impact on gameplay but if you really wanna fuck up someones day you can make them ugly as fuck.
