Fish giving entrails

I have always wondered why fish never give any type of intestines or guts when thats a part of the fish, honestly it would be interesting to have it where you need to gut, then fillet a fish instead of just it turning into fillets. I hope that someone else agrees with this.

Maybe just call them fish entrails and have them be identical except no fishing with them.

Most small fish only have a tiny intestinal system, even larger ones have very small ones compared to land animals. But I'm pretty sure that they don't have them in game to stop infinite fishing.

Arguably some of the bigger ones should have bones as well. Problem with entrails is indeed the self-replicating nature of that.

Have you tried fishing lately? Ever since they updated it it's fast as fuck. Could definitely be useful early game, especially with all the worms you can dig from flattening.
