My view that alts are bad for the game goes so far that I would be fine with seatribe removing the 'free to play' in favour for a complete subscription only model, even with the limitation of only one character per account - as this would attach a cost to the creation and maintenance of additional characters to run in parallel, most likely reducing the numbers of alts in the world.
In case you don't share my view: fine with me, it would suck would all humans be identical. Just please skip ad hominem when I don't share yours.
I strongly disagree with your opinion, but thank you for explaining your thoughts instead of just saying "no".
It sounds to me like you don't want user base growth in this game. Sounding like you want this game all to yourself and anything that goes against that, you have a closed mind to.
Sure there
could be additional expenses to maintain additional alts, but there are ways around that as well. I have 3 alts and a main on my one account that I pay for. All I'm getting at is that you should stop being so close-minded about change to this game. Leave that for the developers to decide. My idea isn't perfect, but if done correctly it could increase the user base exponentially and I don't think I need to speak about economics here.. I"m sure you're intelligent enough to figure that out on your own.
