Remove combat stats

Only gear should play a role in the power of a player. Gear quality would be increased as normal, by raising other stats. Otherwise hand-me-downs can be bought from bigger players (so you can join mid-world and still be competitive). Gear should break easier and be much more difficult to craft. Gear durability should be tied with the stats/armor you get from the gear, so that looted gear isn't nearly as useful as freshly crafted gear.

Also, gildings = good example of gear crafting (you can always continue working on the same set of gear to make it just that little amount better, thus good competitive gear becomes much harder to craft and more worth), armor = bad example of gear crafting (you can mass produce armor at the quality your industry is at, at that moment, thus armor is basically worthless provided everyone is at a competitive quality)

It does work in some other games, it's not an original idea, I think it's a good idea.

Character development must be difficult, and have a role.
Othervise you will get MOBA like game.

Character development would have a role. A role in raising quality for your stuff. However, I believe combat shouldn't be stat-based because that system only helps people who are extremely experienced in the game, or started in the beginning of the world, or use bots. Nobody who joins right now can hope to be competitive in combat compared to 4000 statted titans. There's just no way. And mostly not because of attributes, but because of skill values which take time to raise no matter how much you grind.

In my idea, people will obviously craft the best gear for their own fighters, but sell hand-me-downs to others. This would allow someone to join mid-world and form his own fighter squad which runs on purchased and looted gear, eventually maybe sieging a village and seizing their means of production or whatever, this part really depends on what direction the devs take sieging.

Also I have 3500 hours in a "MOBA" game (dota 2) and maybe 2000 hours in Haven in the last 7 years and don't understand your comparison to my idea, sorry.

I don't really fight all that much in this game...

but this is interesting of an idea.

What of Constitution though?
World 12: Quit at some point.
World 11: Community Fair Worker
World 10: Co-Founder of the Northern Kingdom, Resident of Emerald City, Founder and Mayor of the Hole of Glory, RamZ's Art Emporium at CF, Member of the CFL Rams.
World 9: Founder of SnoopVille, Resident of Emerald City
World 7: Hermit and Neighbor to a dead Korean

While I generally like this idea, there is one major flaw: there is almost no cost to a combat character. A fresh alt that fought some creatures to build up it's deck is just as capable as a character with 10 million LP and FEPs, so fighters become extraordinarily cheap. I prefer the idea of caps over removing combat stats entirely.
I think it's made of bubbles and hate.

I think if jorb could find a balance between raising stats and making quality gear, those would be the ideal solution. Therefore if you get ko'd you lose a lot of stuff, and if you get ko'd over and over and die you lose even more.

-1 Removing combat stats and revolving around gear is done by a lot of failing MMO's for the reason that anyone who just joins in can be handed gear and match players who have been playing for weeks and months grinding out gear. It removes competitiveness and leaves a placement of "who made better friends to give better gear".
