New Systems: Hygiene & Excreta

So I've been thinking of ways to make the gameplay less monotonous and more diverse, and here's a few ideas I came up with:
Hygiene:
Visually represented as a new bar indicator (in addition to existing health, energy and stamina). A character starts with 10000 hygiene points, points are taken away with messy activities, such as farming(-50 for every crop harvested), plowing(-10 points for every tile), digging, minning, sprinting etc. If hygiene is below 5000, character recieves dirty bum debuff that temporarely criples character's charisma increasingly the lower your hygiene goes. If you allow it to go below 1000 character will start getting infected sore wounds till it eventually dies.
The ways to restore hygiene:
1) a bar of soap (+100)
2) take a naked swim (+500, but only for the first time it's performed during an in-game day)
3) new structure: sauna - small building with a boiler inside(load water and fuel), when heated up(~30 minutes of real time) restores 80 hygiene points every minute, so it would take about 2 hours to gain full hygiene bar, starting from 0. If you stay inside for too long you get heat stroke wound which can be treated with cold compresses.
Excreta:

New structure: outhouse - a building where you can comfrtably dump your body waste.
Bladder bar - another bar indicator (light yellow color). Starts empty, is filled when character drinks water/beverages. If the bar is full(~1 liter of liquid) that means that your character needs to urinate, ignoring that urge will result in involuntary urination(-5000 hygiene, can't move till the process is over). Urinating outside of outhouse is a minor crime, that leaves a Smell of Urine scent (4 ticks, 4 hours), when performed on active claim is considered an act of vandalism, and will additionally leave a Vile Vapor of Vandalism scent.

New curiosity: kidney stone(base lp: 3000, study time: 20 hours), can be obtained sometimes after urinating. Applicable for any recipes featuring stone, also can be paved with.
Bowel bar - simular to Bladder, but brown color. Every 40 units of food consumed will after some time result in a full fece bar. Taking a dump outside of an outhouse will leave a Smog of Shit scent(8 ticks, stays for 8 hours), doing it on a claim will also be considered vandalism.

if hygiene was slow to lose ( people use to bath once a month/ week for them fancy folk)




lol i already see piles of poo piling up outside of villages under seidge

A character with bad hygiene should SMELL. Visually it should display a cloud over the character which will represent that the character SMELLS. Smelly character's charisma should be debuffed massively.

it's nice when there's a positive incentive to the mechanic, instead of "do this or else" approach... if water mills become a thing could lead to plumbing, faucets, bathtubs, artificial ponds, fish farming, showering buff...

while i do not agree with most of this post, i admit there is some fun available... having a full bladder/bower will cause the character to move at a crawl until/unless they are able to relieve themselves... I can see the hunting party now "Steve! get up here! ... I'm trying, but i have to go... I told you to go to the bathroom before we left the village! now you're goign to have to hold it till we can fine a place to go!"

We used to to have this... Overeating left the character unable to move faster than a crawl until it wore off. the problem was it could be burned off via hard labor and drinking water, and thus the "eating bots" were born.
