Give them stats like horses that determine the fight and give them tons of females to bolster their aggression, with an element of luck and stuff.

Expose to other roosters and they gobble gobble each other. Then make them attack their handlers.

Rn with how it works iirc, dropping a chicken on the ground rapidly drops it's quality back to 10, so that'd have to be changed. Maybe they could fight inside a window (special combat cage build?? Idk) and it'd have it's own little combat style thingy. Or probably nah they'd just get dropped on the ground and beat each other's asses; on a side note, breeding for fighting cocks for color??

You butcher animals to survive. Torturing them for entertainment is sickening. There's a reason why it's banned in almost every first world country.
