As the title says
If I can sprint around with a boat or raft over my head why can't I pick up a boulder that's larger than my head?
Maybe give it to us as a credo perk even, I've just always thought it was odd

Let me build on it. What kills rock NPCs is chipping them to the point they become liftable. Make rock NPCs persist always? Someone will kidnap all of them and farm quests like crazy.
As much as that idea seems cool I don't think the solution is easy in this case.

I don't mean to go off-topic, but it has never made any sense to me that quest givers are trees and rocks or anything that can be griefed, altered or destroyed for that matter. Why are they not just something permanent that even more aptly represent a quest giver?
