Option to ignore players

Hi,

With realm chat we get more socializing, however some off ppl are abusing it - can we get option to ignore players? Permamenty? For session time?



Should not be hard to implement I guess but will help fix overall experience during gameplay.

This has been a reoccurring problem in public realm chats. The ban option is nice but the issue has to relate more to the ability to easily create an account and access the public realm chat. Some suggestions posted here such as ignore option I feel is needed in some sorts but I think another option that is also needed is a 24-48h delay for new characters to access the public realm chat or even 2-4 hour delay is sufficient. I think that would solve a lot of the issues or at least deter this type of behavior.

*Edit*: Also another thought, add the ability to /banip which will ban the ip of the person rather than just the account. We do not need to see the IP, this can be handled on server side.
