Mod note: merged two threads on credos together. They weren't 100% related in direct subject, one was on scaling the number of quests, the other on the "death bonus," but the discussion has been pretty similar in both.
Hello, It feels counter-intuitive to commit mass suicide in order to benefit from the credo death mechanic. Although I think the suicide / death reduction has its place and is certainly cool if you die but I don't think the Devs wanted people to intentionally kill themselves to lower the quests required to complete subsequent credos.
I suggest adding a large LP bonus that scales depending on how many quests you complete for a given credo. The LP bonus should be given once the entire quest chain is complete so it isn't too overpowered eg. 5/5 8/8. This way people that choose to maintain only a single character get some benefit from completing the 100+ quests per credo required once you have a few under your belt. It still is balanced because you only get the bonus after completing the credo so it isn't something that can be farmed for high LP.
If it's been suggested before I apologize couldn't find anything on it before.
