nerf barrels

Currently they are too OP. You can LIFT a full barrel over your head! Unrealistic!!!
We should be able to only lift empty barrels on top of our heads, full barrels should be rolled to move them.

Lifting full barrel as a very strong person is not that hard. It slows You down enough so go away shubla. Go away.

y, because barrels have tendency to stack on themselfs magically or load themselfs on carts and wagons rolled up (can be rolled but not always)
