Getting knocked out by random bird when afking behind your own palisade walls is not fun. Same goes for bites from constantly invading midges. Please fix.

Claim large enough base, and neither birds nor midges will be an issue... well, maybe birds as they can fly in from anywhere, bats, too.

Lets make an airborne troll that can fly over your palisade and crush all your crates, kill domesticated animals and (almost forgot!) put a wound on you when you login.
Oh, and lets make it that meteorites would drop on top of most developed villages and leave a huge crater, instakilling everyone inside.

I understand this but its still very annoying and not fun. This aint legacy where you could be shot by anyone through walls.

I was standing in the middle of my 100x100 base when this bird came out of nowhere and wrecked my shit.

It's not just when idling (I never idle outside, not without keeping my eyes on the screen), I get bitten by midges for trying to light my fucking ore smelter. No outside activity is safe within your own base, even when being constantly present and active. It's not fun to have to stop farming for a bit because midges decided to hover around your crops.
