An axe accident and saw mishap

There should be random chance to accidentally hack your foot when using axe to chop blocks or fall trees.

Also, a random chance to saw your fingers off.

Hitting your own leg when splitting wood is absolute trash, would not recommend.

theres already a wound for chopping blocks its killed a couple of my labor alts now

i think we need one for sawing boards though

Also, when eating there should be a random chance to choke on your food and die instantly unless another character an alt helps you out. Also, when swimming there should be a random chance to get cramps and become unable to move. Also, random diseases you attract for no reason whatsoever that kill your character within a couple days without any cure.
