Energy drain

I think miners and carpenters are getting shafted with current satiation system, unless you have all sorts of foods you will be lagging behind everyone else. I think Energy drain should be scalling down depending on persons skill/abilities (perhaps credo dependant as well ) as it is now a miner can f*ck up his hunger bar after an hour of digging while a farmer can do his stuff for days and still sit at 200%+.

Some things are harder than others due to various factors.

No reason to balance everything.

Accept getting shafted and deal with it, or find another task to do.

The task you abandonned will still be desired because the less people do it the more important someone does. Even if it has it's downsides.

1. Just get different kinds of food. While it can be annoying, it also makes more sense (and makes food more relevant) to have a balanced diet.

2. You clearly have never been a farmer if you say that.

But farmers need to plow. So let's just compare an hour of mining with an hour of plowing and see who gets wrecked by the hunger.

As a rule of thumb, everything that makes life easyer and less boring/grinding for players is a great idea. Everything that makes the game harder is crap coming from sadistic tendencies of Jorbtar helped by the few players with the same kind of disorders.

metal plow and once plowed it stays like that, whilst miner has to spend a lot of energy digging to next ore vein and it never gets less energy consuming

Pretty much hit the nail on the head. Though plowed tiles do decay now, it's never as bad as needing to dig out the earth.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

A game that punishes you for playing it is inherently flawed.

That's not to say challenge is bad, but this is no challenge.
