Sand Fleas an Act of Vandalism

So yea, sand fleas are basically pocketable midges.

It should be considered an act of vandalism to drop one on a plot. Otherwise I can see a lot of parties or markets being flooded with these little bastards.

Haven't encountered the ill conceived little buggers but can they be used to aid in killing knocked out players? Say you dump like 30 on top of a laying body will that kill them?
