you dont get enough exp with doing day to day activities the xp events should have the xp doubled possibly 2.5x the current xp or make crafting stuff give xp like food clothing ect ect

Without knowing what you're doing as "day to day" activities, it's hard to judge the merit of your critique. I can tell you I've spent over a hundred thousand in hearth magic with one character without doing a detailed accounting, and I tend to be a pretty laid back player. That's via questing and normal events. On the other hand, on my character I don't do anything much with other than tree farm, i've not made a lot of xp. I don't run an xp farm, either.

When I say "via questing" do note that it's something to do more as a direction to go foraging, not just out grinding quests.

you only forage early game once you have industry up everything you can make is far better then any foraged item. exploring for localized resources doesnt work since its botted so your main objective is questing with picking up random camomille/wint ect ect

what im pointing out is that there is not enough exp gains for people that dont quest and mainly work on the village

The system is intentionally obscure. You can quest for exp if you really need it.

Maybe, but I haven't gotten there yet, and they haven't come up with a way to reproduce cave and pit clay without going out. Let's not mention all those mussels I have to pick for pearls.

I don't mean this to be harsh, and I'm sure it'll come off that way, but you make a lot of assumptions about the game and how it "should be" played. You should probably adjust some of them and how to accomplish your goals.

jorb: I don't want *your* money. You are rude and boring. Go away.
Sevenless: We already know real life has some pretty shitty game mechanics, it's why we're here instead.
Avu: The end is near it has finally come to pass: I agree with Lunarius...
Shubla: There are also other reasons to play this game than to maximize your stat gain.
