Food balance

Want ask Jorb or Loftar what they think about food balance? and why peoples think what is the current system unbalanced. i can provide my small exp and its seems like not so hard to get fine stats. when you get 300 of course symbol restrain your growth but higher stats should be get harder and its seems fine. ofc maybe i dont know something share your exp guyz maybe this will help to understand what is the current food system is not bad, but maybe can be small improvement if required.
on first attempt i was 80stat~ can't tell correct here i don't have many drinks to drop satiations so i got 141attribute

here i was 120stat~ my food is over and i could not continue up got 196attribute
Image
here when i start max stat was 170 have much food drinks for drop satiations and got 351 attribute

I know that I did not give most of the information about how I eat but anyway how it works now seems quite balanced

I got better things to do than 1-2 RL hours just eating and drinking for stats boost ... that's where it's totally unbalanced and again fully disproportional ... especially when looking at energy drain of some daily workloads ingame ...

Cooking and eating in this game takes way more time than it does in RL.

This information is kind of important though, such as what foods did you eat, how much salt did you use (I assume you used quite a lot of salt if you're eating that much in that amount of time), quality of symbel, was the food made with any spices, did you add pepper on the completed food, and probably some other things that I am forgetting.

But I think what you've shown here is indeed an accurate portrayal of how easy it is for a somewhat developed village or hermit with decent quality industry to raise their stats at this stage of the world. I think getting 500 is certainly in the realm of possibility for the majority of players at this point but in case you weren't aware there are players with 1000-1500 attributes now (could be higher) so you would still be behind by a significant margin even if you do manage to get to 500.

Most food with +2 with different satiations and highest total fep ofc, 12-20salt, 240Q~symbel average, spices laurel, 2-3kilo pepper, some truffles, hemp buds
p.s. i hear they want remove satiations or make system like it was in w10 hope they don't make this mistake because current system really work

I think it's a bit of a waste to be eating at low sats with ancient roots/salt if you're not also using truffles  Especially if you're actively raising will
