It was an interesting experiment, but for now in the game MoP can be used only for roleplaying purposes.
I offer to give some meaning to this tag, and make it desirable for one case and undesirable for another.
For example:
Memories of pain on a weapon - enhances damage of the weapon (maybe somethng like 15-20%)
Memories of pain on armor/wearable item - prevents health regeneration and wound healing (even when treated)
Memories of pain on a curiosity - increases learning points (maybe something like 25%?)
Memories of pain on a food item - gives a negative CON fep (maybe abound 25% of total food item FEPs), which counts as a regular FEP, just if there's a chance to trigger it, it damages CON permanently instead of rising it.
