I think that the game needs some smaller birds, like tits. We currently have only large ones! Bigger birds could hunt these smaller birds.

Maybe as some environmental effect, but not sure about they worth to be ingame object - what's the point?

Just make it when butchering they turn into a bloody mess of tits. Would be nice to see eagles and other birds rip tits apart; alike to foxes and rabbits.
