Trees and Seasons need to be changed

We are 2 days into summer and trees still don't have seeds.

it has been 22 real days since trees last had seeds, that means that any new player who has joined the game in the last 22 days has likely also quit the game because they can't do most of the basic stuff in the game.

Trees being crippled for this long is bad, i don't have a problem with it being "slower" during winter and spring, but in its current state of just "none" it is terrible.

I would suggest a hybrid system. Tree seeds spawn slowly over spring because many tree seeds do generate and drop during spring- (elm rain and Poplar fuzz) and have bush seeds spawn slowly over winter to simulate how many bushes do hold on to their seeds until plucked off. (Like rose hips) It would represent scarce resources between two types quite nicely I think.

Disagree! Seasons should be difficult and punishing! You should have stockpiled every seed from every tree in case you needed it during other seasons!

Easyer fix , leave left over seeds fallen from trees once winter hits that can be rarely found maybe a wild tree seed that can be dried like wild windsowns

Also why would there be any reason at all for not having leaves in the spring? even tree graphics change to show leaves on them.

What about people who start playing the game in winter?

Just because you want this game to be terrible doesn't mean it should be.
