You need to add a Full Heal Potion to the game store for $ 1. After using it, all diseases are cured. Miners will be frequent buyers.

sounds a bit too overpowered and out of place plus there's already ways to cute every wound that's been mentioned in the thread

That's a truly awful argument for adding, essentially, mobile game style microtransactions.
