what was the point of making rowboats heavy with 2 items in it? I forget.
But I hate the mechanic.

Without that, the boat became the best liftable container in the game (fitting 2x your best container). With full cupboards now being liftable the difference isn't as huge as it used to be, but 2x LC still gives more slots than one carried cupboard (96 vs 64 slots) which would make a properly prepared Rowboat the best liftable container. (In addition, we now have horses which makes 2x LC boat carrying viable, though I'd be really sad if horses carrying boats got nerfed; it's very useful when you're boating and you need to cross some land.)

Legit, this hurts only people who want to leave their base with more then a chest in them...but you can't.
Most people who need to carry a ton of things can do so with a cart.

The only people this is hurting is early game players who want to go hunting with a single chest in their rowboat


Most people who want to carry the max over land use a horse + boat + cart.
the people who are walking around with boat over head are not the problem...
and honestly this is not even a problem, just allow me to carry my boat faster from my base to the water without having to make 3 damn trips.

Drop boat in front of you towards the direction you're moving, walk/run to the front of the boat, lift, repeat steps 1 to 3 until at destination. It's faster.
