I don't understand your logic. If I commit a crime regardless of how much I play someone can summon one. Some of us have lives, so its difficult to log on every day.

Look at it this way: if you want to make steel, you have to log in regularly to make sure you keep it fueled. If you're raising livestock, you have to log in regularly to make sure the animals stay fed. If you want to commit a crime that can end in a Nidbane being summoned, you have to log in on a regular basis to make sure you aren't going to have to fight a Nidbane. Or use an alt you can sacrifice.
