Stop the Nonsense Dreams Farm

As per title I suggest to stop the dreams farming as following:

- When you build a dreamcatcher it is bound to the char who built it, kinda like the study desk
- Give it a radius
- Only when you sleep in that radius the dreamcatcher would generate some dreams
- One dreamcatcher per char
- Alts for generating more dreams => go ahead
- Quality of dreams would be determined by the INT ( and PSY 8-) ) of the char and dreamcatcher quality EDIT
- Rebalance curious - if needed

Troll suggestions should be straight up Hel'd. The fact that this C&I category is a literal shitposting trashcan is really annoying. Posts in THE MOOT get hel'd for no apparent reasons, but this trash remains.

It's ugly, broken, very old and just a place holder from the past.

I don't like this idea, but I also don't like having to have like 40 dreamcatchers.

I hate to agree with Nightdawg but he rly is right. It's absolutely retarded that threads like these get to remain, meanwhile the best subforum to read about PVP shenanigans and drama is Hel.
