A hidden bar fills up whenever you drink liquids. When you are ready it will appear as a wound that has no downsides. Once it's full enough you can do the pee pee.

Peeing removes the Full Bladder wound giving you a temporary "Relieved" wound boosting Psyche.

It can be used on anthills to raid them freely without worry of retaliation.

Peeing gives you an Experience Event.
Peeing on snow gives you an even better Experience Event.


Pros:
- The animation is already in the game (you can sometimes pee on anthills when raiding them).
- Gives newbies a more sensible way of raiding anthills that don't involve boat shore cheesing.
- More realism?

Cons:
- Makes RP even worse.

Hence the potential con.

Perhaps limiting it to only certain situations (snow, anthills) would help allievate that concern.
