It would be really convenient to be able to put icons on a display sign from like 1 or 2 tiles away instead of directly touching it.

Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

why not just use decals for the cupboards?
Would be nice if we could put numbers and other shit on display sings.

Step 1. Make parchment. 2. left click item you want a sign of. D. right click the parchment with that object and select paint decal from the flower menu. 4. click that baby onto a cupboard.

Ahhh, for whatever reason, it only works once it has the decal on it, if it is blank, you can only put it on walls. Thank you.
