Rollback/revert snekkja clunkiness

I'm tired of clicking on my snekkja and it being a roulette of "is the server lagging?" "am i lagging?" "am i stuck?" and the associated struggles and annoyances that go with it. I currently pucker harder going in to a thick field of reeds than I do walking in to a pvp situation. I currently experience more internal dread navigating my boat along shorelines with spooky objects ((Trees!)) than fighting trolls.

This shortsighted change to target some niche issue fucks over any and everyone that wants to use a boat in this game, and it's kinda icky-not-good. Please strongly consider reverting this so we can at least go back to movement feeling okay, if not spastic and goofy.

Not even sure what the defense of this is, but I'm sure I'll find out, by posting this!

bro your shit will get stuck if you're even near a reed or a fucking tree and you can't move your boat at all despite full clearance in the water

You have a better idea for how to prevent you guys from rotating your knarrs onto stuff like war flags to make them unassailable? It wasn't a change I particularly wanted to make, but we clearly can't have nice things.

Some of the complaints seems to be "I don't know why I can't rotate, so I don't know which action I need to take as a result"

If this is strictly aimed at preventing exploits, would giving player feedback visually/audio wise that the boat is trying to turn into a hitbox help mitigate the annoyance?

revert the change and make knarrs bashable by hand (and REALLY easy) if near a war flag :D (in a contested province, and undocked)

It's not even really a problem because knarrs drift so much, but there's tons of options if it's specifically for war flags. Make this mechanic only apply to war flags. Make it so war flags can be destroyed from a distance. Give war flags a big invisible hitbox (maybe only applicable to knarrs), kinda like rams, so knarrs can't get close enough. Crank the knarr drift up a ton if a war flag is inside its hitbox. Can probably think of more if you hate every single one of these.
