In real life drinking too much water causes serious intoxication. I think we should have water metabolism implemented, there should be a slider that fills every time you drink water or other liquids. Every 20 min there would be a tick that takes some value from this slider. When this tick happens when your slider's value is above certain threshold then you get wound applied that is proportional to slider's current value and to player's max HP.
Also buff chairs so they give more stamina when sitting. Like 15% per second of sitting, scaled with quality of chair and type of chair. Also emote "sit" could get some additional passive stamina generation too.
