Bunny Slipper Abuse

Currently, most pvp clients have a certain option

Upon right clicking a bunny, the client will unequip your plate boots, and equip bunny slippers.
Then, it will unequip the slippers, and put your plate boots back on after you are no longer chasing a bunny.

This is currently mandatory for pvp, as you can't pvp without slippers, unless you want to get absolutely shat on. Or if you were to know nothing about pvp, I guess this change won't affect you.

Please change the bunny slippers meta to something that doesn't have pvp utility. For example, a bunny quest. You complete the bunny quest, and thus chase bunny's faster.
Maybe a bunny dungeon instead. With the end boss giving a bunny speed reward, although that will make it painful for people who can't find a dungeon to do, and want to pvp.

It used to be the case that the client Bob Dole used for pvp had this, but it's out of date and no longer being updated. This is of course unrelated to why Bob Dole is suddenly and frantically concerned for the wellfare of everyone without this client feature. Trust us, he was almost president, and has everyone's best interest at heart.

Make chase bonuses a part of some new skill that costs like 1,5k lp or something that everyone can access, both the credo and the slippers part.

I will repeat a lot of people run with slippers 24/7 and swap to steel boots if you are getting fucked on a hotkey or the reverse if you see a bunny, but i understand that some players think that's too much effort while some clients do it automatically.
And I will also reiterate, roughly 5% armor is not that big of a deal in real combat situations so just wearing bunny slippers all the time is the way for everyone without a client, but I also think it's retarded that people with client get that 5% armor for free even if it's not that important in 90% of cases.

Also we both know Bob Dole or any of his comrades wouldn't give a single fuck about it if they had anyone capable of getting a client that had that script, as nobody complained about it while Havoc was accessible to them.

Edit: I will admit i'm grateful you focus on the actual issue which is gating those bonuses behind slippers/credo and not on the bonuses themselves which are good for the gameplay.

This is honestly a based take and i kinda respect it.

I do think you should focus on getting those noobs from being noobs to being semi-comptetent more than you try to change the game to accommodate them but i understand where you're coming from.

To make this salty player stop complaining about a script that my script fueled village doesn't even have nor want to use, here's two options Jorb:

-There's a cooldown for equipping bunny slippers (you equip them after 5 seconds)

-Bunny slipper buff is global, somehow. Maybe bunny quest could work.

don't bother getting pvp into a good spot with your suggestions

The rules of the game will never allow for a healthy system with a bigger pvp playerbase.
I don't think jorb and loftar play enough pvp in other games to know what a good systems should look like.
