Allow us to create Ironman characters.

Restrictions:
You can't use items that aren't yours.
You can't use structures that you didn't build (including Mine Holes).
You don't benefit from realms, WWW are always Q10, nobody can use Dig Deeper on your well and whatever else I missed.

Benefits:
    Bragging rights

Can you skin/butcher animals you didn't kill?

Can you put stuff in containers not made by you?

Can you enter buildings not built by you?

Haven is probably a way too much of a "sandbox game" for "Solo-Self-Found" -mode to make sense.

But how do you collaborate with other players or even own alts?
And if there is claim sharing system between alts it's same good old claim system with visitor debuff we see now.

Idk I can hardly see it viable

No, you would need to deal 100% of the damage yourself.
Only in some cases when it doesn't really matter. For example Empty Barrels, or natural containers like Tree Stumps.
Yes, but there are probably some situations I haven't considered.

It's an optional challenge. The goal is to be completely self-sufficient with just one character. All the downsides that come with it are part of the fun.

So you are basically requesting single player

You would play on the same server as everyone else. Other players wouldn't know that you're playing an Ironman character. You wouldn't receive any special treatment. Maybe Ironman characters have a unique Hearthling Skull but that's it. :)

I feel like this is already what is happening in the game, it's like making a nuzlocke mode for people that can't be trusted to play honest and fair with themselves

Everything you listed is already here, you just need some self-control. Don't use other players' items, workstations or whatever, nobody forces you to do it; live outside of a realm and just be an insufferable hermit. I can't understand people who demand a singleplayer mode in MMORPG's, especially ones that encourage social interactions...

No one's stopping you from hermitting, it's a pretty common way to play actually.

Most players are already using alts to play singleplayer and to get around "social interactions". Players who want to play with others wouldn't play on Ironman characters.

It's not just about playing solo.
No alts. No help from others. No scavenging inactive claims. Everything was verifiably and without doubt done by one character alone.
