if you cant cheese nidbane with stairs or door hopping suddenly it is an relevant mechanic

This will be abused and is actually bad idea. But maybe it's not? At least we wouldn't need to look for people to fight, you could leave Vandalism scents everywhere and someone would send duel challenge.
