Minor cosmetic items could be dye, texture, sparkles, fur collar, shoulder pads, bunny ears,...

I'm not really sure I like the idea of cosmetic over-rides when it comes to combat gear... Having a slot reserved for it (head/cloak) is fine, but over-riding everything in a permadeath pvp game.

I like being able to know how terrified to be while dying at least.

Well, for some people MMORPGs are not just about numbers, not every one like to play a clone.
I dont understand the "if i cant afford cosmetics, nobody should have some".
When there will be enough cosmetics available, the dev team will get enough cach of them to perhaps lower the price of the monthly subscription.
Its like a stockolm syndrome :
- no, 2D is fine, dont make a 3D game
- no, Jorb have other stuff to do then make cosmetics, I love to be a clone.

Lots of people lives in ther brick wall, having stuff to role play is a huge insintive to log on when you wait for your curios.

The idea isn't that people can't afford them, its that people would use it to cover up combat gear. Its a difficult question to raise as people can switch out their merch robes for armour at the drop of a click anyway, but still, its nice to know if you're facing an armed warrior looking for some ganks or a simple traveler out hunting for string.

Did you see the picture in my post ?
Its for cosmetics that DONT hide gear, like having dye that change color of merchant robe, or bunny ears placed above your fox hat, plaits that hang down your helmet, beards, fur collars, jewellery, rolex watchs, ..

No, I didn't read it properly. The subject has been broached enough that I just assumed you were asking for cosmetics the same as most. Its an interesting idea then, but having whole slots dedicated to it might take a significant rework of the equipment system when these cosmetics might be much more easily applied to the items themselves.
