Yeah the relative power of the stats is insanely influential right now. Little under a mobs agi/UA you suffer pretty hard, little above you beat them easily. Can't see that going well in pvp.

Whatever jorbtar does, dont bring back legacy pvp. Its shit. Everyone knows.

A Hearthling of us Shotgunbowed a player down in 1 second. It was only in Spar and i wanted to ask if its even possible in a real fight.
Shotgun bowing means shooting arrows every 0.5 secs or 1 secs dno how fast u click H and 2x Left click. You can insta kill animals with that without a cliff.
Seems pretty unfair to those havin a lot of UA Or anything else when u can instagib players with a bow by shooting 15 arrows in a fast row

Im glad archery was fixed! Just need to rebalance the unarmed combat now :)

+1, someone with slightly more UA than you doing damage through a whole maneuver is pretty stupid. Even someone with the same amount of UA going through the whole thing in one shot is dumb. If they catch you on any cooldown or without a defence of the same colour on your hotbar, they can break it and hit you again in like 3 seconds.

I could probably elaborate more but I can't orchestrate my thoughts properly

And that's just 1v1. Anyone in 2v1 situations right now is utterly boned with no chance of survival unless they massively outclass their opponents. And if you engage someone in combat, it's a fight to the death with current running mechanics. There's no way to back off a fight (once it's started and there's not much space between you), the chaser has all the advantage if someone tries that. Have a friend hiding in the wings? Engage them in combat and if they start fighting 1v1 bring in your buddy for the finishing blow.

At least with the new aggro range limitation you have the option to instantly disengage/port if someone strange pops up. But anything beyond that and you're sticking that fight out to the end.

The old fighting system really felt like a skilled underdog (in stats) could have a fighting chance.

That's not the case at all now, a superior stat char when he does break your defense will do way more damage then you could ever counter. That's not including rng of bad deck rolls.
What will be done about this?

That part at least is in your control. Don't build a deck that can bad RNG you unless mechanics get updated such as being able to guarentee what type of move appears in each hotkey slot.

The other parts I'm sure the devs are aware of, but they're not magic genies who can conjure up a solution instantly.

Well. Archery nerfed too hard. The formula should be updated or arsenal of ranged weapons should be expanded. In this state after patch archery going to be pve only.
