What they need instead is a woman in the team, and a foreign one. They are too stiff in their ideas, and being both of same culture and of similar same age isn't something that fosters creativity.

Honestly the team needs more diversity. A member of the African American community should be the first priority however, preferably a female African American.

Remove at least 2 of those vowels or she will be unrelatable to people with short names with few vowels
