As my character is currently smashing old anvils into nothing I wonder whether it might be time to re-visit this concept. There are a few locked threads back through the history of Haven that have discussed recycling in general and I think Loftar has previously said that it wouldn't be possible to calculate the recycled output without a lot of duplicated object data buuuut it would be really nice and I'm sure a little lateral thinking could come up with something; It lacks realism that when you destroy something there is nothing left over. Perhaps a recycling bench that has quality that softcaps the output of the recycled item based on that item's quality ?
