well you wouldn't have to do them, it's meant more for newbies looking for info on how to do more advanced things than picking branches, without having to plow through the forums and wiki. it's going to take the devs months before they add more quests, and even then they're not gonna be spectacular or plentiful.

apart from tutorials i think we have some great creative minds in our player base that could come up with some very interesting quests. :)

I am all for player made quests but when it comes to teaching the game it is clearly the developers place to hard code teaching. People are now paying for the game and as such their place. A player made quest system should be fun and adventure oriented. This is what i mean.

sure. just using this to offer them a hand. this is why this would be a great addition: it offers many different applications. people have been asking for checklists and village bulletins, this provides a solution for that as well.

why play a computer game at all. just doodle on a piece of paper while daydreaming.

If only we could bury stuff, I'd love to bury something and then draw a map with a big red X on it to drop in the river ... almost as much as I'd love to find one. :D

This already exists. You just have to be in the right group.

Yeah, that is an option but I'd hate the person with the map to find an empty basket where someone else had taken the prize and then be disappointed. :(
