Or just make it so they can be eaten raw...

It hurts so good...
"...the dungeon and shackles are already at my threshold to show me here and now my eternal disgrace. Only you can work the miracle to make life possible for a soul so imperiled by doubt, O Atoner for all, exalted beyond saying." - St. Gregory of Narek, Book of Lamentations, Prayer 1.

You are much loved! Love in return!

cayenne is a peppertype. usually buyable in powder form from the spices rack.
horseradish (dutch mierikswortel) is similarly mostly a spice, thats bought dried and powdered or in a paste type.
worcestershire sauce is a type of english sauce thats probably as weird as the people that use it regularly
you can use use 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice,1/4 teaspoon sugar and a dash of hot sauce for every tablespoon Worcestershire the recipe calls for, instead of the sauce.

anything else? :D

Lol! Worcestershire sauce is lovely, I use it in as many things as possible ... cayenne pepper too, but, not so keen on horseradish, it didn't help that my father used to tell me horseradish was made out of pony feet!

It's probably sold as flaxseed oil in your supermarket, and linseed bread is already in game.

I want to press olive oil. There needs to be some food recipes that call for generic oil.
