Did a search for gems and got no results so I'm not sure how ts a repost if you didn't even use the word once

I definitely think we should have gems in the game, you could have quite a few different kinds and it would be very little work I think on J/Ls part because all you'd need is a 1x1 graphic for it, and it could use a generic gem model on the ground.

The only 'work' part I think is going to be the equipment that uses the gems, and balancing of them. Obviously people would want bonuses with the equipment but I think they'd also make good cosmetic purposes as well.

You could also have a socket system sorta like Diablo and be able to put for example a gem on a bronze sword and be able to see the gem glimmer on the model.

If I'm not wrong, you need to search for a word with at least 4 letters on it, else the forum search dumbly gets 0 results as a 3 letters words is to small. Like, we know we have the words dye, lie, die, bat, ant and cry in some topics on the forums... try searching for them! You get "no results". Now, instead of searching for GEM, search for GEMS... 9 pages of results.
