Gives less time for discovering claim was taken. But if someone will leave their claim for taking, they are deserving the punishment.

I didnt suggest this to dominate hermits.
But instead I got bored of waiting 100 hours for our villagers pclaim bond to change owner because he had to go somewhere for few weeks.

Then, I would suggest instead the option to 'transfer' a bond to another player by right clicking the bond in the claim owner's inventory, hitting transfer, and then clicking another player, which then pops up a accept/decline dialogue.
