No it does not. At all.

I've never ever even seen one screenshot from Eve, so it definitely not Eve's clone Idea. Though, if Eve have some similar moments - is that bad? As I know, it is counted as some kind of popular game.

EvE has existed since 2004? I believe they make money from the game.
It is a subscription game with 14 day trial.

You modified the legendary map of Atlantis.

I'm not opposed to zones type systems but lets be more fluid and less barrier is here step over and its harder.

While I do appreciate the effort, randomness feels really important and predefined zones with 'here is poor q' and so on feels really wrong. Also here live farmers and here live warriors feels the same. I would rather have a map similar to the current one with 'interesting' new features in both the center and the outer part, to avoid concentrating everything in the same zone.

Looks like fun, engaging idea that I'd like to support, but honestly am in doubt that it will ever be implemented.

I think the idea is interesting, but only that, interesting.
World 12: Quit at some point.
World 11: Community Fair Worker
World 10: Co-Founder of the Northern Kingdom, Resident of Emerald City, Founder and Mayor of the Hole of Glory, RamZ's Art Emporium at CF, Member of the CFL Rams.
World 9: Founder of SnoopVille, Resident of Emerald City
World 7: Hermit and Neighbor to a dead Korean

If think my sketch image made some misunderstanding issues.
The Inner Circle is pretty much the 'map similar to current one' while Outer Circle is just starting newbie tutorial zone.
If the 'farmer' wants to become a good one, he should definitely move into the Inner Circle for much faster and easier progression.
And randomness is still there - just capped starting zone to rush developed characters to move into the real world. Though being able to find q 50 resources with undeveloped hermit is still close to what we have now. I met some 'newbies' pretty often near my village and I don't think this is right that I say "You should build a palisade ASAP" to every new face even before greetings.

The main idea was to prevent cases like when Onep sieges Emerald City just of boringness. In my world - they most likely will have their own places. So Outer Circle can also be considered as Creative Zone - for those, who likes to build some beautiful grand structures. I know, many people just can't understand those peaceful builders, but if they want to play the game that way - why don't give them an opportunity? - they won't trouble anyone from Inner Circle and won't have anything valuable to make Big Scary Faction jealous.

Could you be more specific in your judgement? Or the whole idea in every its moment seems too poor for you? I now there are some moments
of misunderstanding (maybe because of my bad English or not detailed idea descriptions). Any chance you can say "Oh, now I get it. Now it is not so bad idea" after some conversation? ;)

While I'm still think current world size is too small, I start to understand why devs made it - the w8 was truly too big and empty. So I assume 'just a huge world' could bring more troubles then benefits.

The current map is still too big imo, if it stays homogenous. I haven't met a player from outside my village since... a month ago... despite regular boating/forage trips.

I like the idea of a smaller area to settle in for if you want high quality resources, but I don't like the stratification. I also don't like the lack of connected river systems, given that knarrs cannot traverse land (without exploiting roadsigns in situational cases).
