you can get alot more than 250 leaves per tree if you harvest them throughout the growth stages

but i do think mulberry and fruit trees should get a buff to how quickly they regen...

In smaller amounts. I haven't counted them myself, I just assumed they add up to 250 over the whole process. Maybe there's more, then.
