Travelling with outlaw shouldn't be disabled

Redhanded debuff is long enough, maybe disable walking or limit us to slowest speed for leaving scents too? and if they really want to disable using charterstone with outlaw they should disable hf travel too!!!

+1 on this from me, even though I know you weren't serious. I frankly think all fast travel should be disabled.

But barring that committing crimes should definitely make you unable to port *at all* while you have a criminal scent on you.
