Fire damage and more uses

Water buckets would be used like this if you took the bucket connected to your cursor and clicked on the burning area it would say put out and then a new action of your character putting out the fire. depending on how strong it is means how much water need. I am happy many people are cool with the new idea. hopefully Jorb and Loftar might be thinking about this being added. I never expect it to happen now but maybe later down the line.

Right-click with a full water bucket should be enough, no need to add additional RSI triggers...

No I do not support griefing methods. Killing off player base is not a good idea either.
